Role Objective : To identify, recruit and manage new clients, establishing and maintaining effective working relationships at all times
Duties & Responsibilities :
  • To identify, recruit and manage new clients, establishing and maintaining effective working relationships at all times
  • To promote the services & products of NCS via materials to selected target clients
  • To win new business to meet monthly sales targets
  • To prepare and maintain all records and client database
  • To provide customer relationship management to ensure production meets orders and clients are informed of issues and timescales to ensure the customer experience is positive at all times
  • To maximise profit
  • To complete and close sales orders
  • To liaise with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Experience :
  • Previous sales experience desirable
  • Previous customer service experience desirable
Skills & Abilities :
  • Excellent Communication & inter-personal skills with an ability to build effective working relationships with internal & external clients
  • Planning & Organising - effective diary management, ability to plan tasks in order to meet targets
  • Negotiation - ensuring NCS gain the best deal with the correct margin
  • Customer service skills - ability to deliver excellent customer service to all clients
