| Role Objective : |
To identify, recruit and manage new clients, establishing and maintaining effective working relationships at all times |
| Duties & Responsibilities : |
- To identify, recruit and manage new clients, establishing and maintaining effective working relationships at all times
- To promote the services & products of NCS via materials to selected target clients
- To win new business to meet monthly sales targets
- To prepare and maintain all records and client database
- To provide customer relationship management to ensure production meets orders and clients are informed of issues and timescales to ensure the customer experience is positive at all times
- To maximise profit
- To complete and close sales orders
- To liaise with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

- Previous sales experience desirable
- Previous customer service experience desirable

- Excellent Communication & inter-personal skills with an ability to build effective working relationships with internal & external clients
- Planning & Organising - effective diary management, ability to plan tasks in order to meet targets
- Negotiation - ensuring NCS gain the best deal with the correct margin
