Our journey began in Glasgow in the late 80’s, myself and my good friend/co-founder the late great Dil Srivastava decided to take the plunge and start out on our own after seeing a gap in the market. Having spent just a few years working for photocopier resellers and seeing the disjointed options available to companies, we decided it was time to dream big.
Our vision… to provide integrated office solutions to businesses across the UK – Print, Telecoms and Mailroom from a single source. 35 Year’s later we’re proud to be one of the largest independent providers of integrated office solutions in the UK, but we never rest on our laurels.
Today, our dreams are just as ambitious as they were on the day it all started. Our vision is ever evolving but always aligns back to our guiding principle – helping businesses work smarter.
NCS may have started out small but we think it’s fair to say, with a 180+ strong team delivering clever business solutions to our 5,300 customers day in and out, 35 years later we’re getting more than just a little right.
We believe the key to our success is our people and the relationships we build together. Those relationships make us stronger and give us our purpose.
Technology continually evolves and so to do we. We develop our portfolio and expertise in line with our customers’ needs to deliver real world impact with lasting results.
Our customers are central to everything we do, from the solutions we deliver to each and every support call we respond to. Customers are at our very core and have been since it all began back in 1988.

Whilst backpacking in Australia I stayed in an old Cattle Ranch in the middle of the outback and spent my days mustering cattle by horse back and later by helicopter (apparently one of the deadliest occupations in OZ).

I’m a Sales Administrator at NCS. I deal with all the lease proposals and sales admin tasks as well as producing tremendous chat to my work colleagues, not easy being a full-time entertainer as well!

I received a Vinyl Record from one of my sisters’ favourite bands and they dedicated the album to her. Her name is on the record. Don’t think anything can top that for me!
I’m the Regional Sales Director for Northern Ireland and I see my role very much as a
supportive one for team in Belfast and for our customers in Northern Ireland.
