Billing Manager
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £26,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
NCS is proud to be one of the largest office technology providers in the UK and as such have strong relationships with some of the world’s leading manufacturers which include Mitel, Panasonic, Lexmark, Toshiba and many more.
We are looking for an experienced Billing Manager who has an understanding of billing processes as well as people management. Previous billing experience is desired for this role, as is a excellent working knowledge of Excel and a proven ability to organise and manage a business critical department under tight deadlines.
The main purpose of this role is to ensure first class accurate billing so that all invoices are issued to customers in a timely and accurate manner. Reporting to the Service Director, your main duties will include but not be restricted to:
- Manage all aspects of NCS Billing Department
- Account Manage the NCS LCR customer base
- Account Manage the NCS Print and Franking machine base
- Ensure all Department solution are processed accurately, including Wholesale Line Rentals, Calls, mobile, broadband and hosted solutions
- Manage Bill Run
- Ensure procedures are established
- Managing projects to strict deadlines
- Maintaining the Billing system and ensuring that this is continually developed to meet the needs of NCS Business
- Liaising with suppliers, taking ownership of delays and escalating when required
- Ensure Customer Enquiries are resolved promptly
- WLR Experience
- Processing Mobile deals is desirable
- Telecom Billing database experience desirable, Ebillz or similar
- Telecoms Service Delivery Experience desirable
- Experience in service delivery, provisioning or similar within an ISP/Telecoms company essential
- Be a team player
- A keen sense of commercial awareness
- Good analytical skills
- Solid IT system skills and experience
- Telecommunications Knowledge

Senior Account Manager
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
· OTE: £50,000 – uncapped (on top of basic salary).
· Generous car allowance or a company car and fuel card.

- 3 + years of B2B field sales experience. Experience in the Telecom and/or Managed Print sectors would be an advantage.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding both gross profit and other sales activity targets.
- Comfortable proposing leasing offers and explaining the total cost of ownership of solutions.
- Tech savvy with a demonstratable track record of quickly learning and understanding new product offerings.
- A thirst to constantly develop and improve.
- An outgoing, effective communicator who can position themselves as a trusted advisor with clients.
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
- Comfortable with CRM systems and maintaining them.
- Highly motivated, self-starter and problem solver.
- Full driving licence.
- As a Senior Account Manager your primary responsibility will be to meet and exceed your Gross Profits targets and make a significant, positive, contribution toward the performance of the NCS Belfast Branch.
- Meeting agreed key performance indicators and keeping the company CRM platform updated.
- Maintaining and developing an existing customer base by reviewing and recommending solutions across the entire NCS solution portfolio including print, telecoms and mailroom.
- Grow your customer base through prospecting and securing new business.
- Managing your sales process from end to end making calls, connecting with customers, booking meetings and building relationships.
- Performing current state assessments and developing and presenting tailored proposals to customers.
